    1 C. WATER
    1 STICK BUTTER
    1 C. FLOUR
    4 EGGS, ONE AT A TIME

    Recipe

    PUT WATER AND BUTTER IN PAN ON STOVE AND HEAT UNTIL BUTTER
    IS MELTED. BRING WATER TO A BOIL. ADD FLOUR ALL AT ONCE. TAKE OFF HEAT. MIX UNTIL DOUGH IS FORMED AND COMES AWAY FROM SIDES OF PAN. ADD EGGS, ONE AT A TIME MIXING WELL AFTER EACH ADDITION. DROP ON COOKIE SHEET, USE A TEASPOON FOR SMALL OR A TABLESPOON FOR LARGE. MAKES 12 LARGE. BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR 10 MINUTES THEN TURN OVEN DOWN TO 375 DEGREES AND BAKE AN ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE.

    YOU CAN FILL CREAM PUFF WITH CUSTARD, WHIPPED CREAM OR ICE CREAM. TOP WITH POWDERED SUGAR OR HOT FUDGE. ENJOY!!!!!!
