ENOUGH FLOUR TO MAKE A SOFT DOUGH

ROLL OUT ON SPAGHETTI MACHINE TO #4 1/2. CUT IN 1 X 3 INCH STRIPS. CUT SLIT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DOUGH. FEED ONE END OF DOUGH THROUGH SLIT. FRY IN DEEP FAT UNTIL GOLDEN. PUT ON PAPER TO DRAIN AND COOL. SPRINKLE WITH POWDERED SUGAR.
