COOK BEEF IN SKILLET UNTIL BROWNED. POUR OFF FAT. ADD SOUPS,
WATER AND PASTA. HEAT TO A BOIL. COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT 10
MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE, STIRRING OFTEN. SERVES 4.
