ENOUGH SPAGHETTI SAUCE TO COVER MANICOTTIRecipe
MIX TOGETHER RICOTTA, MOZZARELLA, PARMESAN, EGGS, PARSLEY,
AND SALT IN BOWL. STUFF RAW MANICOTTI SHELLS, PUT ONE LAYER
OF STUFFED MANICOTTI IN PAN. COVER WITH SAUCE. SEAL PAN
TIGHTLY WITH TWO LAYERS OF FOIL. BAKE AT 375 DEGREES FOR ONE
HOUR.
