    1 (15 OZ.) PKG. PILLSBURY REFRIGERATED PIE CRUST
    1 C. MILK
    4 EGGS, SLIGHTLY BEATEN
    1/4 TO 1/2 TSP. DRY MUSTARD
    1/8 TSP. PEPPER
    1 C. CUBED, COOKED HAM
    1 1/2 C. SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
    1 C. GREEN GIANT FROZEN BROCCOLI CUTS, THAWED
    1 TBSP. CHOPPED ONION

    PREPARE PIE CRUST ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS FOR
    FILLED ONE-CRUST PIE USING 9 INCH PIE PAN.

    IN MEDIUM BOWL, COMBINE MILK, EGGS, DRY MUSTARD AND
    PEPPER; SET ASIDE. LAYER HAM, CHEESE, BROCCOLI AND ONION
    IN PIE CRUST-LINED PAN. POUR EGG MIXTURE OVER HAM, CHEESE
    AND BROCCOLI. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 40-50 MINUTES OR
    UNTIL KNIFE INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL 5
    MINUTES; CUT INTO WEDGES. GARNISH AS DESIRED. REFRIGERATE
    ANY REMAINING QUICHE. MAKES 6-8 SERVINGS.
