1/3 TSP. GARLIC
1 LARGE CAN CHICKEN BROTH
1/2 C. PARMESAN CHEESE
Recipe
COOK ONION IN OLIVE OIL UNTIL TENDER. PUT IN RICE AND GARLIC
AND COOK FOR 3 MINUTES, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. PUT IN A LADLE
OF HOT CHICKEN BROTH AND COOK UNTIL BROTH IS ABSORBED BY
THE RICE. ADD ANOTHER LADLE FULL. REPEAT UNTIL ALL THE BROTH
IS ABSORBED BY THE RICE. ADD PARMESAN CHEESE. STIR UNTIL THE
PARMESAN IS INCORPORATED INTO THE RICE. SERVE.
