1 TSP. BLACK PEPPER - HEAPING
Recipe
SPRINKLE 1/3 OF MIXTURE ON RIBS, RUB IN AND REFRIGERATE
FOR 1-5 HOURS.
FOR BASTING SAUCE: MIX THE REMAINDER OF RUB WITH 1 C. WATER, 1 C. VINEGAR, 1/4 C. OIL AND BRING TO A BOIL. ADD tHE JUICE OF 1 LEMON.
