    2 MEDIUM SIZE BUNCHES BROCCOLI
    1 LB. BACON, COOKED UNTIL CRISP & CRUMBLED
    1 C. PECANS
    1 C. MAYONNAISE
    1 C. RAISINS
    1/2 C. SUGAR
    1/4 C. RED ONION, PEELED AND SLICED THIN
    1/4 C. VINEGAR

    Recipe

    BREAK OR CUT BROCCOLI INTO BITE-SIZED PIECES, DISCARDING THE LARGE, TOUGH STALKS, AND PLACE PIECES INTO LARGE SERVING
    BOWL. ADD PECANS, RAISINS, RED ONION AND BACON. IN A SMALL BOWL, MIX MAYONNAISE, SUGAR AND VINEGAR UNTIL WELL BLENDED. POUR INTO SERVING BOWL AND GENTLY TOSS WITH BROCCOLI MIXTURE. MAKES 10-12 SERVINGS.
