CODDLED EGG
SALT & PEPPER, TO TASTE
1 CLOVE GARLIC, CRUSHED
1 TSP. DIJON MUSTARD
PARMESAN CHEESERecipe
TO CODDLE EGG: PUT EGG IN BOWL WITH HOT TAP WATER FOR
3-4 MINUTES.
MIX WITH WIRE WHISK. SERVE OVER ROMAINE LETTUCE WITH
ONION, TOMATOES AND CROUTONS.
VARIATION: FOR GREEK DRESSING OMIT PARMESAN CHEESE
AND ADD OREGANO.
