1 CAN (1 LB.) YELLOW WAX BEANS
1 CAN (1 LB.) CHICK PEAS
1 CAN (1 LB.) RED KIDNEY BEANS
1 PKG. (10 OZ.) FROZEN LIMA BEANS, COOKED AND DRAINED
2 RIBS CELERY, DICED
2 MEDIUM ONIONS, CUT IN RINGS
1 GREEN PEPPER, DICED
1 1/2 C. WHITE VINEGAR
1/2 C. WATER
1 TBSP. SALT
1 C. SUGAR
1 TSP. WHITE PEPPER
2/3 C. SALAD OIL
Recipe
DRAIN ALL CANS OF BEANS. COMBINE BEANS WITH CELERY, ONION RINGS, GREEN PEPPER. BLEND TOGETHER VINEGAR, WATER, SALT, SUGAR, PEPPER AND SALAD OIL. POUR OVER BEAN MIXTURE; TOSS. REFRIGERATE FOR SEVERAL HOURS OR OVERNIGHT. MAKES 6-8 SERVINGS.
