    1 1/2 LBS. HAMBURGER
    2 EGGS
    1/2 C. BREAD CRUMBS
    WATER
    2 JARS BEEF OR MUSHROOM GRAVY
    1/2 MEDIUM ONION, SLICED
    6 MEDIUM POTATOES
    1 CAN CUT GREEN BEANS
    PEPPER, TO TASTE
    1 1/2 TBSP. FLOUR

    MIX HAMBURGER WITH EGGS AND BREAD CRUMBS, ADD WATER IF NECESSARY TO MAKE A SOFT MEAT MIXTURE. MAKE MEATBALLS AND BROWN IN OIL. TAKE ALMOST ALL OF THE OIL OUT OF THE SKILLET. MIX IN GRAVY AND ONIONS. BOIL POTATOES ABOUT 5 MINUTES IN SALTED WATER. DRAIN AND PUT IN WITH MEATBALL MIXTURE. ADD DRAINED GREEN BEANS, AND PEPPER. LET COOK ABOUT 1 HOUR. MIX FLOUR WITH A LITTLE WATER AND PUT IN TO THICKEN GRAVY. SERVES 5-6.
