1 CHICKEN BOUILLON CUBE
DRIED ONION FLAKES
1 GREEN PEPPER, LARGE DICED
8 FRESH MUSHROOMS, SLICED
TOMATO JUICE, IF NEEDED
Recipe
PUT TOMATOES, BOUILLON CUBE, ONION FLAKES, AND GREEN PEPPER IN LARGE FRYING PAN WITH LID. BRING TO A BOWL AND SIMMER UNTIL GREEN PEPPER IS SOFT. ADD MUSHROOMS AND FISH AND COOK COVERED FOR 30 MINUTES. SERVES 2.
