    4 SERVINGS, EACH PIECE EQUALS: 7 POINTS

    List of Ingredients

    4 SLICES WHITE BREAD (MADE INTO CRUMBS)
    1 1/3 C. INSTANT NON-FAT DRY MILK
    2 TSP. BAKING SODA
    4 EGGS, SEPARATED
    ARTIFICIAL SWEETENER TO EQUAL 4 TSP. SUGAR
    2 C. CRUSHED PINEAPPLE, CANNED IN ITS OWN JUICE, PLUS JUICE
    1 TSP. VANILLA

    Recipe

    PLACE CRUMBS, MILK, AND BAKING SODA INTO BOWL. ADD EGG YOLK, SWEETENER AND PINEAPPLE. FOLD IN STIFFLY BEATEN EGG WHITES. POUR INTO 9" SQUARE GLASS BAKING DISH. BAKE AT 325, 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL CAKE TESTS DONE. CUT INTO 4 PIECES.
