    Chicken, Cheese, and Noodle Bake

    List of Ingredients


    • 10 3/4 ozs. low-fat cream of mushroom soup
    • 3/4 cup fat-free milk
    • 8 ozs. chicken breast cubes, cooked
    • 8 ozs. canned carrots, drained
    • 8 ozs. caned green beans, drained
    • 4 ozs. No Yolks egg noodle substitute, cooked and drained
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 cup fat free cheddar cheese, shredded
    • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.checken, vegetables, and salt.

    2. Prepare an 8-inch square casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside.

    3. In a mixing bowl, combine soup and milk. Mix well. Stir in cooked noodles, cheese, chicken, vegetables, and salt.

    4. Mix well again.

    5. Spoon mixture into prepared dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
