Toasted Cocoanut Cream Cheese Dessert

List of Ingredients
- 10 graham crackers, or less, depending on size of dish you use
- 1 8-ounce fat free cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1 small box FF, Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding
- 1 8-ounce tub fat free Cool Whip, divided in half
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup cocoanut, toasted
Instructions
- Use a square dish.
- Lay graham crackers in bottom of dish. Some may overlap to cover bottom.
- Whip milk, pudding and cream cheese.
- Fold in 1/2 tub Cool Whip and refrigerate.
- Top with remaining 1/2 tub Cool Whip when cheese mixture is firm.
- To toast cocoanut in a non-stick skillet, stir constantly over medium heat; then cool.
- Top dessert with toasted cocoanut.
