    Toasted Cocoanut Cream Cheese Dessert

    List of Ingredients


    • 10 graham crackers, or less, depending on size of dish you use
    • 1 8-ounce fat free cream cheese, room temperature
    • 2 cups skim milk
    • 1 small box FF, Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding
    • 1 8-ounce tub fat free Cool Whip, divided in half
    • 1/4 - 1/2 cup cocoanut, toasted


    Instructions


    1. Use a square dish.

    2. Lay graham crackers in bottom of dish. Some may overlap to cover bottom.

    3. Whip milk, pudding and cream cheese.

    4. Fold in 1/2 tub Cool Whip and refrigerate.

    5. Top with remaining 1/2 tub Cool Whip when cheese mixture is firm.

    6. To toast cocoanut in a non-stick skillet, stir constantly over medium heat; then cool.

    7. Top dessert with toasted cocoanut.
