- 3/4 cup Splenda Low Calorie Sweetener
- 1/2 cup Reduced Fat Bisquick
- 2 tablespoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light, melted
- 1 can Carnation Evaporated Fat Free Milk, 12-ounce size
- 1/2 cup Egg Beaters
- 1 can Libby's Canned Pumpkin, 15-ounce size
- 2 1/4 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2 tablespoons Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Spray a 9-inch pie pan with Pam.
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Do not overcook.
- Serving Idea: Top with 2 tablespoons Fat Free Cool Whip.
- *Pie is delicious when you substitute 2 cups sweet potatoes for the pumpkin. This substitution changes the WW Points to 3 per serving.
