    Impossible Pumpkin Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 cup Splenda Low Calorie Sweetener
    • 1/2 cup Reduced Fat Bisquick
    • 2 tablespoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light, melted
    • 1 can Carnation Evaporated Fat Free Milk, 12-ounce size
    • 1/2 cup Egg Beaters
    • 1 can Libby's Canned Pumpkin, 15-ounce size
    • 2 1/4 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
    • 2 tablespoons Vanilla Extract


    Instructions


    1. Spray a 9-inch pie pan with Pam.

    2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pan.

    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Do not overcook.

    4. Serving Idea: Top with 2 tablespoons Fat Free Cool Whip.

    5. *Pie is delicious when you substitute 2 cups sweet potatoes for the pumpkin. This substitution changes the WW Points to 3 per serving.
