    Lowfat Graham Cracker Pie Crust

    Preheat oven to 325 degreess


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • 1 tablespoon chilled stick margarine
    • 1 egg white
    • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • cooking spray


    Instructions


    1. Combine sugar, margarine, and egg white in a blender. Beat on medium speed until blended.
    2. Add crumbs and cinnamon and blend until moistened.
    3. Press crumb mixture into a 9-inch pie plate coated with spray.
    4. If the crumb mixture sticks to your hands, spray your hands with spray too!
    5. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
