Preheat oven to 325 degreess
List of Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon chilled stick margarine
- 1 egg white
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- cooking spray
Instructions
- Combine sugar, margarine, and egg white in a blender. Beat on medium speed until blended.
- Add crumbs and cinnamon and blend until moistened.
- Press crumb mixture into a 9-inch pie plate coated with spray.
- If the crumb mixture sticks to your hands, spray your hands with spray too!
- Bake at 325 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
