- 1 15-ounce can pumpkin
- 1 small pkg. fat-free, sugar-free vanilla pudding
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 8-ounce container Fat Free Cool Whip
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
- Blend pumpkin spice into dry pudding
- Using a mixer, blend pumpkin with dry spice/pudding and milk.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Divide into 4 serving dishes.
- Chill
