    List of Ingredients


    • 1 15-ounce can pumpkin
    • 1 small pkg. fat-free, sugar-free vanilla pudding
    • 1 cup skim milk
    • 1 8-ounce container Fat Free Cool Whip
    • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
    • Blend pumpkin spice into dry pudding
    • Using a mixer, blend pumpkin with dry spice/pudding and milk.
    • Fold in Cool Whip.
    • Divide into 4 serving dishes.
    • Chill
