    List of Ingredients


    • 4 pieces round steak, tenderized
    • 3/4 cup celery, chopped
    • 3/4 cup carrots, chopped
    • 3/4 cup onions, chopped
    • 1 chopped tomato
    • 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
    • 1 can 97% FF mushroom soup
    • 1 can water
    • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce


    Instructions


    1. Salt, pepper, flour, and brown meat in skillet. Place meat in casserole dish.

    2. Saute onions, celery,carrots, and chopped tomato. Place on top of meat.

    3. Mix mushroom soup, water, tomato sauce, and worcestershire suce. Pour over meat and veggies.

    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes, until meat is cooked.

    5. Serve over noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes.
