- 4 pieces round steak, tenderized
- 3/4 cup celery, chopped
- 3/4 cup carrots, chopped
- 3/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 can 97% FF mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Salt, pepper, flour, and brown meat in skillet. Place meat in casserole dish.
- Saute onions, celery,carrots, and chopped tomato. Place on top of meat.
- Mix mushroom soup, water, tomato sauce, and worcestershire suce. Pour over meat and veggies.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes, until meat is cooked.
- Serve over noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes.
