    Tortellini Soup

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 packages lowfat creamed spinach (10-ounces each) defrosted
    • 3 1/2 cups water
    • 1 envelope dry vegetable soup
    • 1 package refrigerated Three Cheese Tortellini
    • Parmesan Cheese (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Heat water and soup mix in large saucepan to boiling; reduce heat to low. Add creamed spinach; cook 5 minutes on low.

    2. Prepare tortellini in separate pan according to directions on package.

    3. Place tortellini in a serving bowl and top with 1 1/2 cup of spinach soup. Approximately 8 tortellini per serving.

    4. Top with Parmesan Cheest (opotional)
