Tortellini Soup

- 2 packages lowfat creamed spinach (10-ounces each) defrosted
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 1 envelope dry vegetable soup
- 1 package refrigerated Three Cheese Tortellini
- Parmesan Cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Heat water and soup mix in large saucepan to boiling; reduce heat to low. Add creamed spinach; cook 5 minutes on low.
- Prepare tortellini in separate pan according to directions on package.
- Place tortellini in a serving bowl and top with 1 1/2 cup of spinach soup. Approximately 8 tortellini per serving.
- Top with Parmesan Cheest (opotional)
