    Cracker Barrel Baby Carrots

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs. fresh baby carrots
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 2 tablespoons butter


    Instructions


    1. Rinse carrots and place in a two quart saucepan. Pour enough water in pan to cover the top of the carrots.
    2. Cover pan with lid and place on medium heat, bring to a boil. Turn heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes until the carrots are tender when pricked with a fork.
