List of Ingredients
2 bunches of asparagus
3 qts white vinegar
10 tbsp salt
3 qts water
1 tbsp pickling spices
garlic

3 qts white vinegar
10 tbsp salt
3 qts water
1 tbsp pickling spices
this is the brine. boil for 10 mins
blanch asparagus 1 min, let cool. put a clove of garlic in each jar, fill with asparagus and cover with brine, hot water bath 5 mins to seal.
