these are wonderful with any kind of meat
List of Ingredients
1 can chopped pineapples ( juice drained but reserved)
1 bunch of cauliflower or broccoli chopped
1 tomato chopped
1/4 cup onion chopped
1 bell peper or jalopeno chopped
1 can green beans (drained)
2 cloves garlic chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
juice from pineapples
pinch of ground ginger
pinch of ground garlic
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup of oilRecipe
put oil in pan, saute vegetables on med heat for about 4 mins, add all other ingredients, saute for about 10 mins more, or if you like your veggies cooked longer, you can let simmer on low heat for about 15 mins more...goes great with chicken and pork...
