    Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

    2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. milk
    1(7oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. peanut butter

    Recipe



    Place sugar and milk in a 3-quart glass bowl or casserole. Microwave on high 6 minutes. Stir, microwave 2 minutes more. Stir, microwave 4 to 5 minutes more or until temperature reaches 236 degrees on a candy thermometer. Stirring every 30 seconds to keep mixture from boiling over. Add peanut butter, marshmallow cream and vanilla. Beat until well blended using a wooden spoon. Pour into a greased 8 inch square pan. Cool and cut into squares. Makes about 2 pounds.
