    31/2 c. flour
    11/2 c. butter or margarine
    1(3 oz.) package jello
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp vanilla

    Recipe



    Cream butter, sugar,and Jello(dry). Add egg and vanilla. Beat well. Gradually add flour and baking powder. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate dough until firm. (If using cookie press no need to refrigerate.) If no cookie press is used, roll into balls and press with the bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes. Makes 2 to 3 dozen.
