1lb. lean ground beef
1/2 med. onion
1 (24oz.) can vegetable juice (v-8 juice)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetablesRecipe
Break up ground beef and saute until lightly browned. Remove from skillet with slotted spoon and place in a large pan. Chop onion. In same skillet, saute onion in beef drippings and scrape into pan with cooked beef. Add vegetable juice and soups to pan and mix well. Bring mixture to a boil and add frozen mixed vegetables(and anything else you would like to add) Reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes.(test by tasting a green bean, if it's done, everything is)
