    List of Ingredients


    • 1 3-4 Lb chuck roast
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 pkg. beef gravy mix
    • 1 tsp. celery salt
    • 1-2 bay leaves
    • 2 tbspn. butter or margerine


    Instructions


    1. Place Roast in Crock pot.

    2. Pour soup, water, and beef mix over roast.
    3. Add celery salt,bay leaves, and butter.
    4. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or until tender.
    5. Remove leaves before serving.


    Final Comments


    For Yankee Pot Roast add assorted root vegetables.
