List of Ingredients
- 1 3-4 Lb chuck roast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 pkg. beef gravy mix
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1-2 bay leaves
- 2 tbspn. butter or margerine
Instructions
- Place Roast in Crock pot.
- Pour soup, water, and beef mix over roast.
- Add celery salt,bay leaves, and butter.
- Cook on high for 4-5 hours or until tender.
- Remove leaves before serving.
Final Comments
For Yankee Pot Roast add assorted root vegetables.
