1/2 C. skim milk
18 rf chips ahoy
2 C. skim milk
8 oz. ff cool whip
1 small box of sf/ff chocolate instant pudding
Pour 1/2 C. milk into a shallow bowl. Dip 9 cookies in the milk and line an 8 x 8 dish with them in a 3 x 3 grid. Spread 1/2 the cool whip over the cookies. Mix pudding using the 2 C. of milk; mix according to package directions. Layer the pudding over the cool whip. Dip the remaining 9 cookies in the milk and layer these over the pudding. Top with remaining cool whip. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight
