1 lg. onion, thinly sliced
1/2 C. real bacon bits
1/2 pkg. (15oz.) refrigerated pie crust(1 crust)
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 C. sour cream
1/2 C. shredded swiss cheese
Recipe
Spray small skillet with cooking spray. Add onion and bacon bits; cook and stir on med. heat for 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Cool.
Preheat oven to 350°. Unroll pie crust onto ungreased baking sheet. Mix cream cheese and sour cream; spread evenly onto crust. Spoon the onion mixture onto the center of crust, leaving a 2 inch border. Sprinkle with cheese. Fold the border up over the filling. Pleating the crust as necessary to fit.
Bake 10-15 minutes or until crust is light brown. Cool slightly.
