    Rhubarb Pie

    List of Ingredients

    Pillsbury pie crust for a 2 crust pie
    4 1/2 C rhubarb, cleaned & cut into 1 inch pieces(1 1/2 lbs.)
    1 2/3 C sugar
    1/3 C flour
    2 T margarine


    Recipe

    Mix sugar and flour. Toss in rhubarb to coat. Pour into pie crust. Dot with margarine. Top with top crust and cut slits in crust.
    Sprinkle top crust with a little sugar. Bake in a preheated 425* oven for 40-50 minutes. Makes 1 9inch pie.
