    Buckeye Cookie Bars

    List of Ingredients




    1 (18 1/4-18 1/2oz) chocolate cake mix
    1/4 C. oil
    1 egg
    1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 C. peanut butter

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350*. In a large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, oil and egg; beat on medium speed until crumbly. Reserving 1 1/2 C. crumb mixture, press remainder firmly on bottom of a greased 13x9 inch pan. In a medium bowl, beat sweetened cond. milk and peanut butter until smooth; carefully spread over prepared crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes or until set. Cool. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
