    Crockpot Hashbrowns

    List of Ingredients

    2 lbs. frozen hashbrowns
    1 med. onion, chopped
    1 10 3/4 oz. can cheddar cheese soup
    1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
    1 C. sour cream
    1/2 C. margarine


    Recipe

    Put hashbrowns in crockpot and top with onions. Mix soups and sour cream together. Pour over hashbrowns. Cut up margarine and stir into hashbrowns. Cook on low 4-6 hrs. Stirring occasionally.
