    1 1/2 C. unsweetened cocoa
    3 C. sugar
    1/4 t. salt
    1 1/2 C. water
    1 1/2 T. vanilla

    Recipe



    Add cocoa, sugar, salt and water in a medium saucepan. Mix well. Cook over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil until it is slightly thickened. Remove from heat and cool. When cooled mix in vanilla.
