Mexican Bubble Pizza

List of Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef, chicken or turkey
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 can water
1 can Pillsbury Grand's corn or buttermilk biscuits
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
TOPPINGS:
lettuce
chopped
tomatoes
salsa
sour cream
chopped onions

Heat oven to 375*. Brown gr. meat until thoroughly cooked. Remove any excess grease from the pan. Add taco seasoning, soup and water; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Add pieces to meat mixture. Stir gently. Spoon mixture into a 9x13 ungreased pan.
Bake 18-23 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and biscuits are golden brown.
Remove from oven. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven; bake an additional 8-10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Cut into 8 squares and top with toppings.
Serves 8.
