    Sausage and Noodle Dinner

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 1/2 lbs. cole slaw mix
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    2 t. chicken bouillon granules
    1/4 C. boiling water
    2 C. (16oz) sour cream
    1/2 t. pepper
    8 oz. noodles, cooked and drained

    Recipe



    In a large skillet, brown and crumble the sausage; drain. Add cole slaw mix and onion; mix well. Dissolve bouillon in water; pour over vegetables. Cover and cook over medium-high heat until vegetables are tender, about 10-15 minutes. Reduce heat; stir in sour cream and pepper. Heat through. Transfer to a serving bowl; add hot noodles and toss.
    Serves 4-6.
