    List of Ingredients




    1-1 1/4 lbs chicken breast
    1/2 C orange juice
    4 T orange marmalade
    1 t grated fresh ginger
    1 t salt
    1/4 t pepper

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 425* Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non stick cooking spray. Arrange chicken in pan.
    In a seperate bowl combine juice, marmalade, ginger, salt and pepper; pour over chicken.
    Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake 15 minutes.
    Baste chicken with sauce. Bake uncovered 10 minutes more or until chicken is done.
