Baked Mushroom Rice

List of Ingredients
4 C. uncooked instant rice
2 10.75 oz. cans cream of mushroom soup
4 C. chicken broth
3/4 C. finely chopped onion
1/2 C. fresh chopped mushrooms
2 t. dried parsley
2 t. dried oregano
1 stick margarine, melted
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400*. In a large bowl stir together rice, soup and broth. Blend in the rest of the ingredients. Pour into a greased 3 qt. dish. Bake 35-40 minutes. If the rice is looking a little dry add extra broth. Serves 12.
