    Baked Potato Salad

    List of Ingredients




    10 white potatoes (about 3 lbs.)
    16 ounces sour cream
    1 lb. bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
    4 green onions, chopped
    8 ounces cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Clean potatoes, cutting any bad spots out(leave the skins on). Place in a large pan. Cover with water, bring to a boil. Boil uncovered until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and cool. When cooled add the rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
