Garden Pasta Salad
List of Ingredients
30 oz. frozen tortellini
1 1/2 C. Italian salad dressing
3 C. chopped tomatoes
2 C. broccoli florets
1 1/2 C. chopped gr. peppers
1 1/8 C. shredded parmesan cheese
3/4 C. sliced ripe oliveRecipe
Cook, rinse and drain tortellini. Keep chilled.
Pour dressing into a large bowl. Add pasta, tomatoes, broccoli, gr. peppers, cheese and olives; toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serves 16.
