    List of Ingredients




    28 oz. bag of shredded frozen hashbrowns
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 C. sour cream
    1/2 C. chopped onions
    1 can cr. of chicken soup
    2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
    salt & pepper
    crushed cornflakes
    1/2 stick margarine, melted

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375°. Place hashbrowns in a greased 9x13 pan. Cover with onions. Pour melted margarine(1 stick) over top of hashbrowns. Mix salt, pepper, soup and sour cream in a bowl, then pour over top of hashbrowns. Sprinkle top with cheese then top with cornflakes. Pour remaining margarine over top. Bake for 1 hour.
