This wrap is made to make the night before of even make 5 for the weak. It it soggy proof!
List of Ingredients
lunch meat of your choice
Pickels
Jalapenoes
Shredded cheese
Tortilla
Mayo
Bacon-5-6 strips
Recipe
Lay out tortilla and put mayo on 1/2 (I prefer cream cheese!)
Slightly warm to make it easy to roll.
on a paper towel lay out pickels and jalapenos to dry out a bit.
Wrap the pickels and jalapenos in the lunch meat to keep them from getting the tortilla soggy.
Place the lunch meat logs on the tortilla and spinkle with shredded cheese.
Gently roll without pinching ends yet.
Use a non stick spray or a little butter and place the wrap seam side down until it is "glued". Roll around until all sides are lightly toasted. With a paper towel (or something) pick up the wrap and now while it is still warm fold one end in and hold it on the pan to seal the bottom and do the same with the other end. Wrap in a to go for the next day and heat in micro. My southern picky hillbilly LOVES it!
