    List of Ingredients


    • 2 1/2 c. biscuit mix (like bisquick)
    • 3/4 c. milk
    • 2 eggs divided
    • 2/3 c. sour cream
    • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
    • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder with parsley
    • 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
    • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce


    Instructions


    1. In bowl combine biscuit mix, milk and 1 egg. In separate bowl beat together remaining egg, onion, sour cream, salt and garlic powder. Stir in 1 c. cheddar cheese and hot sauce. Stir into batter. Pour into 8 inch square pan. Bake at 400 degrees 20 minutes. Sprinkle top with 1/2 c. remaining cheese. Bake 5-7 min. more.
