I just love these little puppies lol. They are so tasty and perfect as an addition to any mexican dinner.





List of Ingredients



• 2 c. cornmeal
  
• 1/2 c. flour
  
• 2 tbsp. sugar
  
• 2 tsp. baking powder
  
• 1 tsp. salt
  
• 1/2 tsp. b. soda
  
• 1 egg beaten
  
• 3/4 c. milk
  
• 3/4 c. cream corn
  
• oil
  






Instructions



1. In bowl combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda.
   
2. Add egg, milk and corn. Stir just until mixed.
   
3. Heat oil to 375 degrees in deep fat fryer.
   
4. Drop batter by tsps. in oil. Deep fry until golden brown.
