    I have marked good so must have had it at one time.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 1/2 c. chopped onion
    • 1 box enchilada dinner kit
    • 1/2 c. water
    • 1 can chopped green chiles
    • 1 c. sour cream
    • 1 c. shredded cheddar


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In skillet cook beef and onion stirring occasionally. Drain. Stir in both sauce pouches from kit, the seasoning form kit, water and chiles. Heat until hot. In ungreased 11 x 7 inch pan spread 1 c. beef mix. Cut tortillas from kit in half. Place 6 tortilla halves on beef. Spread with 1/2 c. sour cream. Top with 1/2 c. cheese, 1 c. beef mix and remaining tortillas. Top with remaining sour cream and rest of beef and cheese. Bake 30 mins.
