    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. bacon diced
    • 2 c. soft breadcrumbs
    • 1/4 c. minced onion
    • 1/2 c. chopped gr. pepper


    Instructions


    1. In pan fry bacon. Remove and set aside. Pour 1/8-1/4 c. bacon drippings over crumbs. Discard all but 2 tbsp. drippings. Saute onion and green pepper until tender. Stir in corn, bacon and 1/2 c. crumbs. Spoon into 1 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees 20-25 mins.
