    Recipe Introduction


    Another tasty mexican type casserole to tempt the tummy. Easy to make another plus.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1 can beef broth
    • 1 1/3 c. water
    • 2 c. uncooked macaroni
    • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
    • 1 c. chunky salsa


    Instructions


    1. In skillet cook beef.
    2. Drain.
    3. Add broth and water. Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta. Cook over med. heat 10 min.
    4. Stir in soup and salsa.


    Final Comments


    Hot rolls would go great with this.
