    Sausage and Creamed Corn Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 lb bulk pork sausage
    • 1/4 c. chopped onion
    • 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    • 1 1/4 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix divided
    • 1 can cream corn
    • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
    • 1 tbsp. butter melted


    Instructions


    1. In pan cook sausage, onion and green pepper until sausage is cooked.
    2. Add 1 c. stuffing mix, corn and parsley.
    3. Spoon into greased baking dish.
    4. Mix butter and remaining stuffing mix. Sprinkle over casserole.
    5. Bake uncovered at 375 30-35 min.
