Sausage and Creamed Corn Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb bulk pork sausage
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 1/4 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix divided
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp. butter melted
Instructions
- In pan cook sausage, onion and green pepper until sausage is cooked.
- Add 1 c. stuffing mix, corn and parsley.
- Spoon into greased baking dish.
- Mix butter and remaining stuffing mix. Sprinkle over casserole.
- Bake uncovered at 375 30-35 min.
