    List of Ingredients


    • 2 1/2 c. flour
    • 1 tsp. baking soda
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1 c. unsalted butter softened
    • 3/4 c. sugar
    • 3/4 c. brown sugar
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 2 lg. eggs
    • 2 c. mini morsels
    • 60 rolo candies


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat tops of 4 12 c. mini muffin cups with pam. Line with mini paper liners.
    2. Whisk flour, b. soda and salt in med. bowl. In lg. bowl with electric mixer beat butter until creamy about 2 min. Add sugars gradually beating about 3 min. Beat in vanilla, then eggs one at a time. Add about 1/3 flour mix and mix on low speed. Gradually add rest of flour mix mixing just until blended. Stir in morsels.
    3. Fill each muffin well with 1 tbsp. dough. Bake 8 min. Press one rolo narrow side down into cup. Leave top of rolo showing.
    4. Bake 3 min. more. Place tins on rack to cool completely.
