    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pie crust
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 c. milk
    • 1 can chicken breast meat
    • 1 1/2 c. broken tortilla chips
    • 2 c. jack cheese
    • 1 c. green chiles
    • 3/4 c. shredded cheddar
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1 c. salsa


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place crust in 9 inch deep dish pie pan. Cook as directed on box for 1 crust filled pie.
    2. In med. bowl beat eggs with a whisk. Beat in milk. Stir in chicken, chips, both cheeses, 1 c. salsa, chiles and salt. Pour into crust. Sprinkle pepper over top. Bake 1 hour. Let stand 10 min.
