• 1/3 c. chopped onion
  
• 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  
• 1/4 c. butter
  
• 2 potatoes cooked and cubed
  
• 1 1/2 c. chopped ham
  
• 6 eggs
  
• 2 tbsp. water
  






Instructions



1. In pan cook onion and green pepper until crisp tender. Add potatoes and ham.
   
2. Cook and stir 5 min. In bowl beat eggs, water and pepper. Pour over ham mix.
   
3. Cook on low heat stirring occasionally until eggs are set.
